Born on April 22, 1973, Jung Woo-sung is a renowned South Korean actor and the first Korean Goodwill Ambassador for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR). His journey in the entertainment industry began as a fashion model, where he rose to prominence.

Breakthrough as an Actor

In 1994, Jung made his acting debut with a television commercial. He subsequently applied for an open audition and landed his first major role in the film "The Fox With Nine Tails" (1994). From there, Jung went on to establish himself as one of South Korea's most versatile and acclaimed actors.
