Nev Schulman says he's lucky to be alive after breaking his neck during a bike accident

Nev Schulman, the host of MTV's "Catfish," announced Saturday that he is recovering after breaking his neck in a bike accident.
Schulman said he was "lucky to be here alive" after the accident
In an Instagram post, Schulman shared a photo of himself in a neck brace and thanked his doctors and nurses for their care.
"I'm so grateful to be alive," Schulman wrote. "I broke my neck in a bike accident last week and I'm lucky to be here today."
Schulman said he is still recovering from his injuries, but is expected to make a full recovery.
