Miami Heat Look to Bounce Back Against Orlando Magic Despite Injuries
Key Heat Players Out, Orlando's Wagner Returns

Miami, FL - The Miami Heat (15-12) will look to bounce back from their recent loss to the Orlando Magic (24-18) on Tuesday, December 19th, at 7:00 PM EST at FTX Arena. The Heat have been dealing with a number of injuries lately, including Tyler Herro (quad) and Omer Yurtseven (ankle), but they will be without another key player in Jimmy Butler (ankle) for this matchup.
The Magic, on the other hand, will be getting a boost with the return of Franz Wagner, who has missed the last eight games with an ankle injury. Wagner is Orlando's leading scorer (19.9 ppg) and rebounder (4.9 rpg), so his presence will be a big lift for the team.
Despite the injuries to Butler and Herro, the Heat will still be led by All-Star Bam Adebayo, who is averaging 20.7 points, 10.4 rebounds, and 4.5 assists per game. Kyle Lowery and Gabe Vincent will also be key contributors for Miami.
The Magic will be looking to continue their recent hot streak, having won four of their last five games. In addition to Wagner, Orlando will be led by Paolo Banchero (21.1 ppg, 6.8 rpg) and Markelle Fultz (14.5 ppg, 5.5 apg).
The Heat will be hoping to avenge their 113-107 loss to the Magic in Orlando on November 22nd. Miami will need to play a strong defensive game to contain Wagner and Banchero, and they will need to get contributions from their role players to make up for the absences of Butler and Herro.
